A brief look back, JCARA Winter Field Day 2022
Nine brave souls plus 3 K-9s endured the weather elements to make Winter Field Day (01/29-01/30) happen for JCARA. Temperatures at the field day site hovered in the 40s and below – much of the time. The wind was biting with speeds well in excess of 20 MPH out of the north-northwest on Saturday. Maintaining the campfire was an all hands – all day and night effort.

Ok in full disclosure, the K-9s, specifically Tank and Titan, focused on Camp sanitation (dropped food cleanup), while Maggie made the boys mind their table manors. Meanwhile the human participants focused on “The FCC” [Food, Comradery and Communications.]
