Meeting called to order, by Vice President Richard, AF5AQ
President Kurt, K5KDO absent, vacation, all other Officers present
Prayer by Chaplain Chuck, N9RRI
Pledge of Allegiance led by Richard, AF5AQ
Programs:
- Survey Results with Dan, AE5JG and Charlie, AG5CC with handouts containing Club Member interests in many different areas of Ham Radio.Almost 80% of the Club participated! Copies of the results may be available through Charlie, AG5CC for those who didn’t attend.
- Field Day with Charlie, N2PKW
Dates: June 22 and 23 with planned setup starting around 7:00 a.m.. Friday, June 21.
Rules, Objectives and Goals were discussed . Traffic Passing was stressed and more participation by all was encouraged. We will be a 6 ALPHA with GOTA Station! Antennas, filters and equipment were discussed in planning, along with antenna placement strategies. NOTE: Copy of the Map of the location will be attached to these Minutes.
